1.All students must adhere to rules and regulations.
Upon completing medical education, students will receive mark sheets, certificates, and registration certificates issued by the Natural Energy Medicine and Education Council (NEMC).
3. Renewal of registration will be mandatory after five years.
4. If any student has renewed their registration at least three or more times continuously but has not received employment in a government job, private limited company, hospitals, or institutions:
5. As per Rule 4, such students will be provided a minimum monthly allowance of ₹500/- and a maximum of ₹5000/- under the Prime Minister's Guaranteed Employment Scheme by the Government of M.N.T.S. (U.P.) Aryavarta/India. This amount will be subject to TDS and TA/DA deductions.
6. This allowance will be provided as an honorarium until the student reaches the age of 70 years.
7. Upon reaching the age of 70, a retirement pension of ₹50,000 will be provided under the Chief Minister's Senior Citizen Retirement Pension Scheme by the Government of M.N.T.S. (U.P.) Aryavarta/India.
8. Any amendments to the rules will only be made by M.N.T.S. (U.P.) Aryavarta/India and will be considered valid.
9. If the Government of India or the State Government provides any regular allowance, it will be included in the Chief Minister's Senior Citizen Retirement or Prime Minister's Guaranteed Employment Scheme.
10. Training will be provided by qualified Acharyas, Vaidyas (doctors), trained nursing instructors, pharmacists, and other experienced and qualified practitioners as per the Vedic and Sanatan/Indian methods and Gurukul traditions (based on the principles of Lord Dhanvantari, Sushruta, and Patanjali).
